Job summary

Lorna Jane Sydney City is seeking an Active Stylist to connect with customers, offering styling expertise for activewear purchases and helping every guest feel her best. You will build relationships, use product knowledge to guide upsells, and contribute to sales performance while supporting store presentation and stock management.

This role may include shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times, so flexibility is key.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and upsell relevant products.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Sydney City. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it’s like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people.
