Job summary

• 2–3 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency and/or commercial litigation.

I’m working with a leading international law firm looking to add a 2–3 PQE lawyer to its Restructuring & Insolvency team in Sydney.

This is a particularly good opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build experience across both complex insolvency matters and related commercial litigation, working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers.

The work

You’ll act for major Australian banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients across matters including:

• Corporate restructurings and insolvencies
• Receiverships, administrations and liquidations
• Loan recovery and securities enforcement
• Banking and insolvency litigation
• Domestic and cross-border restructuring matters
