• Must have a current open driver’s license.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Provide comprehensive reports via use of a table on the assessment of a customer\'s contents/property.
• Be involved in onsite risk assessment, toolbox talks & risk identification.
• Keep facilities, equipment, vehicles & tools clean as requested.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas where repairs are needed.
• Use and general maintenance of machinery.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
