Job summary

Unique Building Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician with specialised skills in water, fire and mould damage remediation and restoration. You will undertake make-safe, cleaning and restoration programs at sites across Melbourne, and contribute to damage assessments and repairs.

You will manage assessments and reporting through our CRM, follow health and safety and company procedures, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or experience in specialised cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc.

• Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across Melbourne.
• Conduct damage assessments and deliver cleaning, restoration and repair activities.
• Manage damage assessments and reporting requirements through our CRM platform.
• Follow all compliance and procedures set from an administrative, as well as health and safety perspective.
• Manage communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

About The Role

• Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across Melbourne

About You

• Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or have experience in specialised cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc.
• Hold IICRC certification, this certification is highly regarded but not essential
• Are aware of demolition and construction principles
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Are physically fit
• Have computer acumen and are comfortable using technology.

• Working with Children Check
