Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Full-time, Hourly)

Start: ASAP (12‑month minimum commitment)

Harrisons is a multi‑award‑winning, family‑owned fine dining restaurant led by Michelin‑Star chef Spencer Patrick. We deliver warm, polished service with modern, tropical glamour.

The opportunity

We trade 7 days and are seeking a hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to assist with leading evening service across five nights per week. You set the tone on the floor—refined, personable, unflappable—and help grow and mentor a tight, professional team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead evening service: team briefs, floor plan, section allocations, standards checks
  • Uphold fine dining standards: sequence of service, guest recovery, VIP recognition
  • Provide wine and beverage leadership: confident recommendations, pairings, stock oversight
  • Train, coach and performance‑manage section waiters and runners
  • Liaise with kitchen on pacing, dietary needs, and menu changes
  • Maintain RSA, hygiene, and compliance standards
  • Support scheduling and labour control within target
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and guest experience initiatives
Must‑haves
  • 3+ years’ front‑of‑house experience in premium or fine dining venues
  • Proven shift‑lead or supervisor experience
  • Strong wine knowledge (able to guide pairings; WSET a plus)
  • Availability for 5 evening shifts per week; minimum 12‑month commitment
  • Calm under pressure; excellent communication and guest rapport
  • WSET Level 2+ or equivalent wine certification
  • Experience with set menus, degustations, and events
  • POS competency (we can add system names)
