Nando's Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Patrao to lead a restaurant, inspire the team, and create memorable experiences for customers while running the venue like it’s your own. You’ll drive energy and accountability across shifts, ensuring outstanding service and a vibrant dining atmosphere.

You’ll be supported by a 6-week onboarding program, regular manager meetups, and growth opportunities into expanding restaurant management or restaurant support roles.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.

You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and obtain and hold appropriate certification (liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by applicable local legislation).
