RAFI, URBNSURF by Applejack Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park. You will lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, manage staff and guest relations, and coordinate events in a unique setting at Sydney’s first surf park.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be an effective leader, a service specialist, and a passionate foodie, reporting to the directors. The role offers opportunity for career progression within a leading hospitality group.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.

Remuneration is negotiable

It will reflect your skills and the level of experience you can bring to the success of the venue. We pay above award for Fulltime and casual employees and expect generous tips and incentives for all.
