THISBOWL is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Melbourne to lead one of our busy outlets, support a dynamic team of Mixers and Supervisors, and grow the THISBOWL brand through exceptional service.

You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, optimize guest experiences, and monitor financial performance, including costs and sales, while fostering a culture of teamwork and high integrity in a fast-paced environment.
