Zeus Street Greek Brisbane is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of the restaurant, driving exceptional food, service and team culture. You will lead the leadership team, manage P&L, and uphold Zeus Street Greek standards with high energy and a hands-on approach.

You will inspire your team, focus on KPIs, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and grow through career progression within the brand.

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and partner with your team on solutions.
• A proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
• Outstanding customer service capability.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the restaurant with bold leadership and accountability for results.
