Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Australia to take full ownership of the restaurant, driving exceptional food, service and team culture. You will inspire the leadership team, manage the P&L, and uphold Zeus Street Greek values with energy and passion.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of delivering KPIs. Competitive salary with bonus opportunities and a clear path for progression are on offer.
