Job summary

Zeus Street Greek NSW is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of the restaurant, delivering exceptional food, service and team culture. You will inspire your leadership team, drive performance through people and P&L, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety while living the Zeus values.

You will lead with energy, coach and develop staff, and partner with the team to achieve strong KPIs and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
