Gemellini in Nobby Beach on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a hospitality team. You will work closely with the GM and assistants to ensure outstanding service, manage events, budgets and staff development while maintaining health and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role and Australian work rights, with a calm, detail-oriented approach.
