Reporting to the Director of Outlets, this department head role balances the day to day leadership of the operation and service periods, whilst developing and engaging the team, problem solving and delivering results for the business, from a people, product and profit perspective.

The salary range for this role is $90-95k plus super/incentive and benefits.
