Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our growing team across Sydney venues including Grill Americano and Chin Chin. You will lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, premium settings, shaping guest experiences and maintaining service standards.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a-la-carte restaurant management, exemplary leadership, and a strong focus on crew development, compliance, and guest

Qualifications

• Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant.
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on crew experience.
• Exceptional service skills and guest focused.
• Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices.
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods.
• Proven ability in building effective relationships.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar.
• Exceptional communication and presentation.
• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
