Job summary

Zeus Street Greek in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will take full ownership of the venue, drive exceptional food and service, and lead a high energy team with lightning bolt energy.

You will inspire your leadership team, manage the restaurant’s P&L, uphold the highest quality and safety standards, and embody Zeus Street Greek values while delivering outstanding guest experiences and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and partner with your team on solutions.
• A proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
• Outstanding customer service capability.
