Qualifications

Experience in an administration or coordination role in construction, QSR, or retail.
Knowledge of state construction regulations and approvals processes.
Qualifications in Project Management, Property, or Business desirable but not essential.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
Confident communicator with councils, contractors, and internal teams.
Willingness to travel and support on-site.

Responsibilities

Managing approvals and certification processes with certifiers, councils, and builders.
Coordinating project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
Conducting site visits to track progress and resolve defects before handover.
Building relationships with builders, contractors, Franchise Partners, and regulators.
Supporting on-site coordination and multi-state permit approvals.
Keeping projects on schedule by chasing actions and flagging risks.
