Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience within a busy restaurant, bar or premium à la carte environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent guest service and memorable experiences.
• Ability to manage high-volume service periods.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Understanding budgeting, labour management and business performance.
• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems such as Deputy.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
