Job summary

Uber Advertising Team Lead in Sydney leads a team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on demand generation and performance marketing for restaurant partners. You will align with Uber Eats Commercial Teams to pitch, implement ads and offers, and extend high‑impact, differentiated offerings across Mobility and Delivery platforms.

In this role you’ll grow your team’s book of business and develop the people behind it, navigating complex partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum +8 years of experience in a sales role.
• 2-3 years experience as a team lead / sales manager (ads or related field).
• Proven track record of managing multiple accounts through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor world class sales and account management professionals.
• Partner with L&D to ensure enablement materials and confidence to translate merchant objectives.
• Hold team accountable to Uber's values and expectations of a world class sales organization.
• Refine sales collateral and GTM narratives with cross-functional teams.
