Qualifications

• HR Driver's Licence and basic computer literacy are required.

• Suitable level of fitness for hands-on collection work.
• Flexibility to work across various collection services in a team setting.
• Experience operating mechanical road plant in dense urban environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate waste collection and compaction vehicles on day or night shifts.
• Lead and support a small crew to complete assigned collection runs.
• Collect, load and transport waste and recyclables across service streams.
• Maintain WHS compliance and follow road rules and council procedures.
• Engage respectfully with community members and minimise disruption.
