Job summary

Cleanaway in Glendenning is seeking a HR-licenced driver to join our hard rubbish collection team. The role involves physical work, early starts and a focus on safety while loading and unloading, and delivering loads to recycling and disposal facilities.

You will help maintain vehicle presentation, work as part of a team, and provide high levels of customer satisfaction. Pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol tests may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a HR licence with at least 12 months experience.
• Must be physically fit with ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.
• Available for early morning starts.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Hard rubbish loading/unloading.
• Drive and deliver loads to recycling and disposal facilities.
• Maintain vehicle presentation inside and out.

The Opportunity

This role is not just driving - there is a physical component to this role, the expectation is curbside pickup of hard rubbish

• Working in our hard rubbish team or unit collection team
• Performing loading and unloading duties of hard rubbish - Must be physically fit
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

You must have a HR licence with at least 12 months experience

• Must be fit as heavy lifting is essential
• HR Licence - Minimum 12 months experience
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Must be available for an early morning start
• Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
