NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Resource (Workforce) Manager to lead planning, forecasting and real-time IT project workforce management in Parramatta. Are you a strategic thinker, analytical, with proven stakeholder skills and attention to detail? Do you have a passion for optimising workforce efficiency? Working with a supportive team, you will be leading the planning, forecasting, and real-time management of our IT project workforce at the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time at optimal cost —maximising productivity while maintaining exceptional service levels.
You’ll partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Support Teams, and senior leadership to align staffing strategies with business goals, using data-driven insights and understanding of the people request and demand requirements to enable project success, while driving and delivering continuous improvement.
