Regis Resources Ltd is seeking a Resource Development Field Assistant to join the Duketon operation in Western Australia. This permanent FIFO role on an 8:6 roster from Perth supports exploration and resource development, including drill site prep, sampling, and core processing.

You will contribute to growth of resources and reserves while maintaining safety and QA/QC standards. The successful candidate will have experience in mineral exploration, a current WA C-class manual licence, and a

Qualifications

• Solid work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Experience in mineral exploration including drilling and earthmoving contractors.
• Proficiency with data entry and Excel spreadsheets.
• Current WA class C manual driver’s licence.
• Senior/Perform First Aid Certificate – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drill site preparation complies with safety and operational requirements.
• Use GPS/compass to set out drill collars and align rigs to design specs.
• Apply QA/QC sampling across all media, including drill chips and core.
• Process diamond core through orientation, mark-up, cutting and sampling.
• Enter accurate field data in LogChief and maintain clear records.
• Maintain communication equipment and monitor for hazards; take corrective action as needed.
