Qualifications

• Degree or higher in an environmental discipline or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental planning and approvals, with a track record in resources, mining, and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Commonwealth and State approvals frameworks, with depth in at least one jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a national growth strategy for the resources approvals business across QLD, NSW and SA.
• Build trusted relationships with mining, energy transition and industrial clients.
• Identify, shape and lead strategic pursuits including win strategy, pricing and client engagement.
• Remain hands-on in delivery with senior technical input on complex approvals.
• Collaborate with Regional Executives and Account Managers to prioritise clients and opportunities.
• Connect people across regions and business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop others to grow a national resources approvals community.
