Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a kitchen in a resort/Hotel environment is highly desired
• Ensure all equipment is ready to be used in food preparation
• Ensure that the kitchen is always well maintained and all maintenance items are reported immediately
• Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Display a positive attitude and show initiative
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school holiday periods

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and support in the kitchen.
• Carry out key daily tasks in the Food & Beverage Department and deliver high level of customer service.
• Contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation.
