Job summary

Club Wyndham Bellinzona, part of Travel + Leisure Co., is looking for a Resort Maintenance & Grounds Officer to keep our heritage-style resort in top condition in Hepburn Springs, Victoria. You will perform routine repairs, maintain gardens, and support preventative maintenance to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and outdoor areas remain welcoming and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, landscaping, or grounds keeping (resort or hotel experience a bonus).
• Basic knowledge of trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment care.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills—enjoy finding solutions and keeping things in good order.
• Awareness of workplace health & safety requirements and willingness to follow safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with planned preventative maintenance programs to keep the property in top shape.
• Look after gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces so they stay healthy and inviting year-round.
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on equipment, supplies, and potential hazards.
