The role is a temporary fixed-term opportunity until February 2027, with options for full-time and part-time work and a training period onsite. You will join a team focused on a positive customer experience, using IKEA systems to capture insights and contribute to improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre, customer service, complaints resolution or after-sales support.
• Strong problem-solving skills to investigate issues and find solutions for customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales support and solutions balancing customer satisfaction with commercial awareness.
• Handle enquiries across phone, email, chat and other remote channels.
• Investigate complex cases with internal teams and external providers to reach positive resolutions.
• Apply conflict de-escalation techniques to support outcomes and retention.
• Own customer issues from start to finish with care and empathy.
• Document all interactions accurately in IKEA systems.
