MedRecruit Limited is seeking a locum medical practitioner for a short-term assignment in Katherine, NT. The role supports Emergency and Medical services in a rural setting, offering a unique opportunity to work in the Northern Territory’s outback.

You will need ALS and rural experience; AHPRA registration is required. Travel and accommodation are included, with a focus on patient care in a rugged but spectacular region.

This 60-bed hospital is located in the Northern Territories (NT) and works closely with a service for emergency retrieval within the district and inter-hospital transfer. There are multiple services including Emergency and Medical. Located 320 kilometers north of Darwin explore a magnificent region full of gorges and misty waterfalls, thermal springs, and ancient aboriginal culture. Experience hot springs, wondrous national parks, landscapes of ochre, and waters of turquoise this is a one-of-a-kind location with so many opportunities for adventure.
