Your Day-to-Day
  • Hands-on leadership: Safely lead and coordinate a skilled maintenance crew in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Drive performance: Deliver maintenance outcomes on time while fostering a strong safety-first culture.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Be the key point of contact for internal and external parties across maintenance, parts, and machine performance.
  • Maintenance planning: Own the weekly maintenance schedule and ensure smooth execution of both planned and reactive work.
  • Parts & logistics: Oversee cost-effective and timely parts ordering and inventory control.
  • Workforce efficiency: Maximise team productivity through effective task delegation and labour management.
What We’re Looking For
  • Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter (Australian-recognised)
  • Minimum Five (5) years post trade experience
  • Strong commitment to safety & a Make it happen mentality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands on Leadership – Confident in diagnostics & MEM Repairs
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Leading hand or Supervisor experience (Preferred)
