Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can do attitude.
• Ability to articulate, demonstrate and promote the business vision.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and reinforcing a culture of safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Providing high level service to Queensland Metals Asset stakeholders in both planned and breakdown scenarios
• Creating a team focus on performance, safety and quality
• Challenging cost and delivering value creation initiatives, including waste reduction
• Sustain a high housekeeping standard and the cultural expectations that support them
• Help manage Quality Assurance within the workshop team
