Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team in Wakefield. You will coordinate technical information between external consultants and internal departments to ensure approvals are obtained and information issued for a prompt start on site across multiple residential schemes.

The role requires experience in the residential sector, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Residential sector
• Valid UK driving licence
• Proficient in MS Office programmes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments
• Attend and contribute to progress meetings on site as required
• Coordinate planning process and review planning approvals before site start
• Coordinate submission of Building Control applications and supporting documentation
• Liaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress Technical matters
• Assist Commercial and Buying teams in review and approval of subcontractor design information
• Ensure on-time design information in line with client requirements
