You'll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs. Working closely with your senior clinicians, you'll lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.
