Job summary

Glencore Australia’s Mount Isa Mines is hiring a Multi Skilled Roads and Waste Equipment Operator for the Isa Surface Fleet, based in Mount Isa. The role covers road infrastructure, landfill operations and waste services across Mount Isa Mines and George Fisher Mine leases, with grader experience essential.

You will operate a range of Heavy Earth Moving equipment on a 7/7 roster (12-hour day shifts) and will collaborate across departments to meet safety, production and environmental targets.

Qualifications

• Experience operating grader and heavy earth-moving equipment.
• Experience in road maintenance and waste services is preferred.
• Residential role in Mount Isa area.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy earth-moving equipment as part of Isa Surface Fleet on a 7/7 roster (12-hour day shifts).
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet project goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance during operations.
