Trade Co is actively seeking skilled painters and plasterers to support our expansion in residential insurance repair projects. The role involves managing diverse painting and plastering tasks on internal and external sites, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.

You will liaise with the repairs team, maintain safety standards, and build positive relationships with homeowners, delivering clear communications. Training is provided as part of our growth program.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified painter or plasterer with extensive residential experience.
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Standards and codes.
• Clear police history check and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Paint internal and external projects for residential insurance repair claims.
• Manage time to meet scheduled timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with repairs team to ensure quality and safety standards.
