Northern Star Mining Services Limited in Western Australia is seeking a Maintenance (Mechanical) Supervisor for the KCGM operation on a 7/7 12-hour roster. You will manage maintenance personnel and coordinate with Process Supervisors to optimise plant availability and asset performance.

The role requires frontline management, a mechanical trade qualification, a WA C-class license, and strong safety and environmental knowledge.

Qualifications

• Frontline management or equivalent desirable.
• Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
• Mechanical Trade qualification.
• DMIRS statutory supervisor record of examination.

Responsabilités

• Manage maintenance personnel to ensure effective maintenance of plant and ancillaries to meet targets.
• Lead the team in maintaining a safe and productive work environment with safe work practices and OHS&E compliance.
• Lead safety compliance by monitoring practices, participating in safety programmes and investigations.
• Demonstrate commitment to environmental management and comply with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to planning for production and processing optimisation in line with company policy.
