Mr Fix Plumbing & Drains is seeking 1st to 4th year apprentices and tradesmen in residential maintenance plumbing to join a fast-growing, customer-focused team in Sydney. Pay ranges from $25 to $60 per hour, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant plumbing qualification and/or current plumbing licence (Plumber & Drainer).
• 1st–4th year apprentice plumbers and tradesmen plumbers eligible.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence with full Australian work rights.
• Valid White Card for site safety.
• Experience in maintenance plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend residential properties to carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Carry out sewer and stormwater maintenance and replacements.
• Perform maintenance plumbing, repairs, and gas fitting.
• Drain clearing, relining, and CCTV inspections.
• Complete hot water system repairs and installations.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and transparent communication with customers.
• Provide consistent 5-star customer service on every job.

Key Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For

• Relevant plumbing qualification and/or current plumbing licence (Plumber & Drainer)
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentice plumbers
• Tradesmen Plumbers
• Experience in maintenance plumbing (preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience requiredCompetent in drainage and pipe relining is highly regarded (bonus)
• Current NSW Driver's Licence with full Australian work rights
• Valid White Card
• Confident with strong customer service skills
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving ability
• Competent in operating an excavator
• Takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining professional standards
• Reliable, motivated, and results-driven with a positive, team-first attitude
• Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a team
