Qualifications

• Must hold current NSW Electrical Contractor licence or NSW Qualified Supervisor/Worker licence.
• Proven residential electrical experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend residential customer appointments across Sydney.
• Diagnose electrical faults and provide practical solutions.
• Install and repair power points, lighting, switches, fans and other equipment.
• Perform switchboard upgrades and electrical safety work.
• Install smoke alarms and ensure compliance.
• Handle data cabling and home networking.
• Install EV chargers.
• Complete electrical work safely and to a high standard.
• Explain issues and recommended solutions to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes and recommendations.
• Maintain clean and respectful work environment.
• Complete job documentation using company systems.
