Veridian Environments designs bespoke, passive solar homes in the ACT and NSW, led by our registered architect. We seek an architectural draftsperson who takes pride in clean, accurate drawings and works closely with the principal architect.

You will convert concept designs into full documentation, build 3D SketchUp models, and coordinate with engineers, energy assessors and certifiers. A 2+ year background in Australian residential drafting and strong Revit/SketchUp skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of drafting residential work in Australia.
• Strong, proven experience in Revit and SketchUp.
• Working knowledge of the NCC and ACT/NSW approvals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare DA, CDC and Construction Certificate drawing sets for ACT/NSW homes.
• Turn concept designs into full documentation in Revit: plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Build 3D models in SketchUp for design development and client presentations.
• Make amendments from client, council and consultant feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers, energy assessors and certifiers.
• Keep drawing registers and revisions tidy.
