Job summary

BHP Newman Operations is seeking experienced individuals to join the Fixed Plant Processing Team on residential rosters in Western Australia. You will operate heavy machinery on the Coarse Ore Stockpile and Train Load Out, contributing to safe, reliable ore delivery and meeting production targets.

Role requires adaptability to day and night shifts and a collaborative approach within a diverse team while upholding safety and BHP Charter Values.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery on stockpiles is preferred, not essential.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work within a team.
• Clear communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate COS and TLO stockpile machinery.
• Maintain stable ore flow and manage stockpile movement to optimise product flow.
• Ensure safe stockpile profiles and manage water pooling and stockpile conditions.
• Collaborate with Fixed Plant Processing and Maintenance teams to meet targets.
