Job summary

Medtronic in Australia seeks a Remote Sales Specialist to drive sales across ANZ in the Animal Health segment, engaging customers remotely to generate demand and opportunities. This 12-month full-time contract is based in Macquarie Park, NSW with a flexible work arrangement.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify and close opportunities, promote Medtronic products through virtual interactions, and collaborate with field sales to support territory plans and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or commercial experience with education path
• Experience outbound phone-based sales including cold calling and lead generation
• Experience managing customer interactions via virtual/telephone engagement

• Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to achieve or exceed sales objectives.

• Coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate connections between customers and field sales representatives where appropriate.
• Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

A Day in the Life
Enterprise Accounts & Services supports healthcare customers across Australia and New Zealand through commercial, customer engagement, and service solutions that help expand access to Medtronic technologies. This role is aligned to the Animal Health segment (animal direct accounts and animal distributors) and focuses on engaging customers remotely to generate demand, identify opportunities, support adoption, and contribute to territory growth across the region.

• Demonstrated experience managing customer interactions and developing sales opportunities through virtual or telephone engagement.
