Job summary

Flex Build QLD is a dedicated carpentry business delivering high-quality residential frame, lock-up, and fix services across Brisbane. We partner with reputable builders on custom new builds and major home renovations.

We are looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Full-Time Carpenter to join our crew. You’ll work hands-on across varied residential projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas, from structural timber framing to detailed internal fix-outs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or Australian equivalent).
• Proven residential carpentry experience (framing through to fix).
• Current Drivers Licence and White Card.
• Own hand tools, cordless kit, and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Timber framing, roof truss setup, sub-floors, and structural modifications.
• Installation of external cladding, doors, window frames, and lock-up components.
• Internal fix-outs including skirtings, architraves, jambs, and hardware.
• Working efficiently alongside lead carpenters, apprentices, and site builders.
• Maintaining high quality standards and job site safety.
