Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Residential Care Officer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of client needs and contribute to individualised care and support plans.
• Provide personal care and assist residents with daily living tasks to foster independence.

• Implement behavioural and emotional support techniques and respond to mental health challenges.
• Keep detailed documentation in line with organisational protocols and safeguarding standards.
