Overview

I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experience Aged Care Manager to run a 100 bed Residential Aged Care facility in Regional QLD.

Position: Residence Manager

Location: Maryborough, QLD

Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support

Remuneration: $140,000- 150,000 + Super & Salary Packaging

Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.

They will possess:

  • Qualifications: AHPRA registration, Clinical Background Essential for this role
  • Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
