Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a Finance Officer to join our Residential Aged Care billing team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will manage resident billing, RAD administration, refunds, and compliance across the aged care portfolio, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service to residents and internal stakeholders.

You will bring experience with RADs, accommodation payments, and hostel accounts, plus strong reconciliations and ERP system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Aged Care billing or billings exposure is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of RADs, accommodation payments, and bond administration.
• Experience managing resident accounts from admission through discharge.
• Strong reconciliation and financial administration skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing resident billing, account maintenance, and financial records
• Processing admissions, discharges, account adjustments, and refunds
• Administering RADs, bonds, direct debits, and accommodation payments
• Maintaining and reconciling the RAD/Bond Register
• Preparing monthly RAD reporting and supporting compliance requirements
• Responding to resident, family, and stakeholder enquiries
• Completing reconciliations and resolving account discrepancies
• Supporting month-end processes, reporting, and audit requirements
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
