We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially savvy operator to step into the role of Resident Wellbeing Manager in South Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, can switch between being hands-on in our villages and strategic in shaping wellbeing initiatives across the region.

Important to note: This is a role of influence and impact – it doesn’t have direct reports but is central to guiding wellbeing outcomes across multiple villages.

What will you do?

You’ll be the driving force behind resident wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver programs that make a real difference.

• Supporting village teams to design and deliver inclusive, engaging wellbeing programs.
• Leading initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs.
• Acting as a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns.
