Job summary

Regis Aged Care is seeking a Club Services Manager to lead the concierge Club Services and ensure residents and families have a single point of contact, coordinating the sales process within the facility.

This hands-on role interfaces with lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance and admin teams, managing enquiries, resident tours, admissions, and the welcome process to build strong, lasting connections.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and budgets.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Lead concierge-style Regis Club Services at the facility.
• Coordinate and facilitate the sales process, including tours and admissions.
• Manage enquiries, welcome process and ongoing follow-ups with residents and families.
• Interface with lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance and admin teams to deliver Club Services.
