Overview

Resident Medical Officer - Emergency Medicine (ED) - 140 per hour. Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner. Rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in the ED.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across emergency, surgery, maternity, mental health, and rehabilitation services as needed.
• Assist with patient assessment, stabilization, and decisions regarding discharge or admission in coordination with the broader care team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical governance standards.
