Job summary

Rockpool Residential Aged Care Northshore Hamilton is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families and staff, manage front of house, and support tours and admissions with warmth and professionalism.

You will handle calls and the site email, assist with resident tech setups, coordinate events, and contribute to a welcoming, well-run home aligned with the My Day My Way model.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge/front of house or health industry customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Able to setup basic resident tech and troubleshoot common issues.
• Respects privacy and maintains professional presentation.
• Desirable: Certificate III/IV in Admin or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome at front of house for residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Support resident experience and Welcome to Rockpool program; build relationships.
• Handle site calls and inbound email; manage visitor and contractor sign-in.
• Coordinate tours and assist with pre-admissions and admissions day processes.
• Assist residents with in-room technology setup (phones, Wi-Fi devices).
• Coordinate and deliver resident events and orientation programs.
• Assist onboarding of new staff and provide general admin support.
• Support audits and ongoing professional development for accreditation.
