Job summary

Charles Sturt University in Orange is seeking a Residence Life Coordinator on a fixed term, full-time contract (up to 12 months). Level 6 salary ranges from $92,025 to $99,538 per annum plus 17% superannuation.

You will deliver responsive student support, guide behaviour, and manage critical/after-hours situations while strengthening daily operations through pastoral care, leadership and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-level administrative and clerical coordination.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in strategic planning, development, and evaluation of community/youth programs and policies.
• Knowledge of critical incident response protocols and techniques with demonstrated understanding of student needs including pastoral care and welfare requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive student support, guide behaviour and manage critical / after-hours situations.
• Strengthen day-to-day operations through pastoral care, team leadership, community building, logistics coordination and ensuring policies, maintenance and compliance needs are met.
