A popular Mexican restaurant in Melbourne seeks a full-time Reservations & Admin Coordinator to manage bookings and provide operational support. The ideal candidate will have experience in reservations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule and a supportive team environment.
Mamasita is Melbourne's original high-energy Mexican restaurant located in the heart of the CBD. Think slow-braised proteins, hand-pressed tacos, the best margaritas and a high-energy vibe looking after 200-400 guests each day.
Since 2009 we have been serving up fun, elevated Mexican street food, cocktails and epic vibes across 7 days of the week - looking after every guest like they are regulars, and regulars like they are family!
Our restaurant is 70% reservations-based, and we're looking for a full-time Reservations & Admin Coordinator to skilfully turn all phone calls and emails into confirmed bookings to maximise bookings, and deliver an outstanding first impression. You'll also support the Owner with operations support and general administrative assistance.
