The University of Canberra invites applications for the Research Grants Advisor based at Bruce, SA. This full-time continuing role contributes to end-to-end management of externally funded research projects, supporting pre- and post-award activities.

You will work with researchers, faculty teams and funding bodies to advise on funding rules, assist with grant submissions and help ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on grant opportunities, eligibility and funding rules
• Support the preparation and submission of research proposals across key systems (e.g. RMS, Sapphire, PURE)
• Assist with post-award management, including milestone tracking and compliance
• Liaise with funding agencies and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery
• Coordinate communications on funding opportunities, including workshops and researcher engagement activities
